Sarah’s Baked Fish

Fish fillets ( I use tilapia) butter (melted)

Milk or water (for dipping fish paprika

Bread crumbs Seasoning if desired


Wash fillets (from frozen, the tilapia fillets are thawed well enough after a couple minutes of washing)

Spray pan with cooking spray, preheat oven to 500 degrees

Dip fillets in milk and then crumbs (using a large zip bag for crumbs and seasoning is less messy)

Place fillets in pan and pour melted butter over them (to each her own )

Sprinkle with paprika or more seasoning if you like

Bake uncovered for 12 minutes until fish is flaky.
