creamy jalapeno dip

We LOVE Chuy’s. Its one of our favorite Mexican food joints. I recently found the following recipe online and tried it out last night with our fajitas…OH MY GOODNESS, I swear it is SO close to tasting like the real thing. This could be dangerous!!!

The Unauthorized Chuy’s Creamy Jalapeño Dip

  • 16 oz. (or 24, it matters little) sour cream
  • 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix powder
  • 1 handful cilantro leaves (more or less to taste)
  • 3/4 cup pickled jalapeño slices (more or less to taste)
Throw all ingredients in a blender or food processor & blend until smooth. Enjoy with chips!
