we strive to eat pretty healthy foods. whole grains, wheat breads, brown rice, fresh fruits & veggies, almonds, lots of protein, etc. so last night, we tried something new. along with our burgers, we made these sweet potato fries. sweet potatoes are packed with fiber, vitamin a & c, iron and calcium.

love me some sweet potato fries – the best that I’ve found are at a restaurant in Mill Valley, CA called Pearl’s Phat Burgers…mmmm!
